All images on www.scottphotography.co.uk website come under the copyright act of 1988, where Jacqueline & Peter Scott reserve ownership. Any client that requires the use of any image/images other than purchased prints should first seek permission from the owners Jacqueline & Peter Scott. If the client decides to use the photographs for any other purpose than that for which they were originally taken, then the client must first seek permission from Jacqueline & Peter Scott. Ownership of print does not constitute ownership of copyright. No reproduction rights are granted. Copyright in the website is the property of Jacqueline & Peter Scott and any third parties involved in the development of the website. All copyright material, trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of Jacqueline & Peter Scott and third parties. This property should only be used for the purpose of browsing and purchasing of goods and services.
Colour and Photography Accuracy.
Scottphotography.co.uk try to ensure that the colours you see on our online gallery are as close as possible to the actual printed product. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as onscreen colours and pictures will differ depending on the settings of your PC monitor. Please note, all the images on scottphotography.co.uk website are low resolution jpegs so do not do justice to the finished product. Please also be aware that all the images online carry a scottphotography.co.uk watermark, which is specifically there to protect the copyright of the image; this will not be printed on to your image.
Placing an order
To place an order on the scottphotography website just click on the image you would like to purchase, click which size / sizes you would prefer and gloss or matt finish. This will automatically redirect you to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on the ‘checkout’ icon, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If ordering a bespoke item, scottphotography.co.uk will explain the process by contacting you once we have received an e-mail.
Delivery
scottphotography.co.uk aim to deliver photographic prints within 21 to 28 working days of receiving a confirmed order. Delivery may take longer for bespoke prints. Claims in respect of short deliveries or damage to goods in transit must be notified by the purchaser to scottphotography.co.uk in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are shown in your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. You should contact us first by e-mail info@scottphotography.co.uk - to arrange the return of the goods all at your own expense. The artwork should be returned t in the original packaging. You must notify us in writing of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed once scottphotography.co.uk have received the goods concerned.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Acknowledgment
By accessing, browsing or using www.scottphotography.co.uk website you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. scottphotography.co.uk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without your consent at any time. Your usage or placement of an order on www.scottphotography.co.uk indicates the acknowledgement that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand all content.
Liability
Where any valid claim in respect of any of the goods, which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to info@scottphotography.co.uk in accordance with these conditions, scottphotography.co.uk shall be entitled to replace the goods free of charge, or at scottphotography.co.uk’s discretion, refund to the buyer the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price), provided a complaint is made in writing within 7 days after delivery and goods returned within 14 working days. scottphotography.co.uk shall have no further liability to the buyer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
Product Information
All descriptions and photographs contained in advertising matter and other literature within scottphotography.co.uk are intended merely to present a general idea of the goods described there in. We take care not to mislead the customer and do our best to ensure accuracy of all products and services listed. However, we will not take responsibility for any errors in pricing and description. Prices may change without notice.
Force Majeure
No liability is accepted by scottphotography.co.uk for any indirect loss arising from non-delivery or delay in delivery of any goods caused by Act of God, Riot, or Civil Commotion, War, Strike, Lockout, Fire, Flood, Drought, Act of Government, failure to obtain or shortages of raw materials or any other cause whatsoever beyond its control.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on scottphotography.co.uk website are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
On the scottphotography.co.uk website you can choose to pay securely by all ‘major’ credit cards / debit cards. Once the order has been placed you will receive confirmation by e-mail. Please be aware this is not a receipt this is purely an acknowledgement of your order with the sole purpose of confirming the details of your purchase. Please retain a copy of your transaction in an easily accessible place.

When you make a payment on scottphotography.co.uk website your payment details will not be seen as this information is only forwarded through to the payment provider PayPal. All payment details are processed through a secure server.
